Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment is made. Check-out time is on or before 10:00 AM. We reserve the right to charge for any damages or breakages found after Check-out.
Occupancy and Traveling with Minors Policy Primary Occupant: You shall be considered the Primary Occupant. Primary Occupant acknowledges and agrees that she/he shall be personally liable for violations of any and all terms and provisions herein, irrespective of whether or not any such violation and/or damages in connection therewith may be deemed to be the consequence or result of an action of another Occupant or guest. The primary Occupant must be age 21+. Primary Occupant agrees to be present throughout the duration of the stay.
Guests/Occupants: It has been agreed that for the purposes of this rental, the maximum number of overnight Guests/Occupants shall be 4 Guests per Room for rooms containing more than 1 bed and 2 Guests per Room for Rooms with only 1 bed. Additional Guests or Daytime Visitors shall not be permitted. The Primary Occupant and other guests shall be collectively referred to herein as “Occupants.” No one under 18 will be allowed on the property without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Parking and Personal Property: Complimentary onsite parking is available to our guests during their stay. Parking spaces are not assigned and are first-come first-served. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident, or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Pets and Service Animals: A Fee of $40 shall apply to any stays where a pet is present. Pets and Service Animals are permitted on the premises; however, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure they are well-behaved, on a leash at all times, and MAY NEVER BE LEFT IN THE ROOM ALONE. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS MUST ACCOMPANY YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM. NO MORE THAN TWO DOGS OR SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED PER ROOM. Occupant(s) also acknowledge and consent to absolve the Property Owner and Management from any liability associated with the presence of pets on the property. THE PRESENCE OF MORE THAN 2 PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS IN A ROOM, LEAVING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL ALONE IN A ROOM, OR ALLOWING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL TO BE OFF LEASH ON THE PROPERTY SHALL INCUR A MINIMUM $200 CHARGE. Excessive barking, aggravation, or damage will result in being asked to leave without a refund. Pet owners are liable for all interactions with other dogs, guests, and any damages that may occur.
Extending your stay: Please contact us if you would like to extend your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans. This may require relocating you to a similar unit.

Payment Timeline and Cancellation Policy for OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) The payment and refund policy set in a particular online travel agency where you made the reservation will be strictly enforced.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping/Cleaning services are not available mid-stay. Rooms are NOT cleaned mid-stay. If you are staying with us for more than 3 nights and would like your room refreshed during your stay, please inquire in advance.
Smoking The property is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing, regardless of the product’s name. Additional cleaning fees may apply for smoking-related violations of this Agreement. DO NOT SMOKE IN OR NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO YOUR ROOM.
Fire Pits and Open Flames: Due to the high fire danger in the area, guests are prohibited from using fire pits or any open flames.
Fireworks: Absolutely no fireworks or other hazardous materials are allowed on the Property at any time.
Water balloons: Water balloons are prohibited. Evidence of water balloons left after a guest's stay will incur a minimum $100 cleaning charge.
Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are located at the exterior of the Buildings in various locations.
Smoke Alarms: The Property has smoke alarms installed; Occupants shall notify Management immediately if a smoke alarm begins to “chirp.”
Accessibility or Special Needs: This property is not ADA-compliant, and no ADA-compliant features are represented. Any alterable Occupant(s) who stay at the Property do so at their own risk; Occupant(s) shall indemnify Owner and Management from any injury resulting in connection therewith.
Liability: While accidents do happen, guests are responsible for the damage caused.
Noise and Quiet Hours: Guests are never permitted to play music, yell, or scream outside. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and guests are requested to keep all noise to a minimum inside or out during this time and refrain from using the pool or engaging in any indoor or outdoor activities that may create noise.
Illegal Activity: Absolutely no illegal activity shall take place on the Premises during the rental period. This includes drug use and other prohibited substances.
Security & Safety: Lock doors and windows and close blinds whenever you are away from the room and upon departure. Please keep the doors and windows closed to keep small animals and bugs out. Management is in no way responsible for lost or stolen property from the Premises.
Abandoned Property: Should any Occupant leave an item of personal property on the Premises following check-out, Management will make every reasonable effort to ensure the return of the item to the Occupant. Any costs associated therewith shall be borne by the Occupant. Under no circumstances shall Management be held liable for the condition or replacement cost of any personal property belonging to any Occupant for any reason.
Guest Safety Policy: As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence to any person they wish to visit. Safety cameras are used throughout the outside premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The management assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the facilities, where available. If you use the facilities, you do so at your own risk.
Alcohol Policy: We do not sell alcohol on the premises. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. We ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
Decks: For your safety, do not hang anything or anyone over the balconies, sit on the rails, or support your weight against the rails. Do not move interior furniture out onto the decks.
Walkways: Use caution at all times on walkways and steps. Slippery or uneven conditions could exist.
Credit Card Authorization: Stay is subject to Occupants providing a credit card for the purpose of payment of rental rates, security deposit, and damages. The occupant will be advised of this upon booking and agrees to provide Management with a credit card and authorization for its use for this purpose if required. The occupant authorizes the charge of the full cost of any damages that shall be due.
Indemnification of Property Owner and Management: Property Owner and Management shall not be liable for any damages, costs, injuries, claims, suits, or demands for injury or death to persons (including invitees, guests, family, or clients) or property from any cause relating to the occupancy or use of the Premises by Occupants. In the event Property Owner or Management is made a party to litigation as a result of any occurrence on the Premises during Occupant(s)’ rental term, including any action commenced by or against Occupants, then Occupants shall protect, defend, and hold Owner harmless and shall pay all damages, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees incurred or paid by Owner in connection with such litigation.
Bed Bugs: Neither Management nor Owner have any knowledge of a present or past bed bug infestation on the Property. Occupants shall immediately, upon arrival, notify Management of the presence of bed bugs on the Property.
Contact Information: All repairs, maintenance, problems, special requests, etc. shall be requested through Management. Please contact Management for a response between the hours of 9 a.m.-9 pm. Occupants shall not conduct repairs or attempt to troubleshoot electrical, wireless internet, or any issues without permission or instruction from Management. (We are here to make your stay enjoyable—do not hesitate to let us know how we can do so!)
Management/Owner Access: Management and/or the Property Owner reserve the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms and provisions of this agreement. Should the Primary Occupant, Occupants, and/or other guest either violate the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Management and/or the Property Owner reserve the right to terminate the rental term/occupancy period immediately and require Primary Occupant, Occupants and/or other guests of either to vacate the premises.
Governing Law and Venue: The terms of this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California; any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated in the Superior Court of the State of California.
Attorney’s Fees and Costs: Should a dispute arise out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover his or her reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: Primary Occupant acknowledges and agrees that s/he shall be legally responsible for compliance of all Occupants and guests with all provisions of Lake County's Municipal Code and/or other applicable regulations, including but not limited to the maximum occupancy requirements, the County's Noise Ordinance, and the prohibition of amplified sound on the Premises. Primary Occupant further acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any violation of the terms and provisions herein, the County of Municipal Code and/or other applicable regulations may subject Primary Occupant to citations and/or fines by the County of and may lead to immediate eviction from the Premises by Owner/Management pursuant to state law. Primary Occupant further acknowledges and agrees to the terms and provisions herein and represents the information provided to Management as to names and legal age of Primary Occupants is true and correct. As required, the Primary Occupant agrees to complete the Occupant(s) Addendum at or before check-in, listing all Guest/Occupant names and all vehicles, including make, model, and license plate numbers belonging to Guests/Occupants which will be parked on the Premises. Primary Occupant also agrees to provide a copy of the Driver's License or other Government ID prior to or during check-in and agrees to sign the House Rules at check-in.
Force Majeure: None of the parties shall be held liable for or responsible to the other parties nor be deemed to be in default under or in breach of any provision of this agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation of this agreement when such failure or delay is due to force majeure, and without the fault or negligence of the Party so failing or delaying. For purposes of this or laws of any government; war; civil commotion’ destruction or production facilities or materials by fire, flood, earthquake, explosion or storm; labor disturbances; epidemic and failure of public utilities or common carriers. In such event, the Company shall, as the case may be, immediately notify the other Parties of such inability and of the period for which such inability is expected to continue. The Party giving such notice shall thereupon be excused from such of its obligations under this agreement as it is thereby disabled from performing for so long as it is so disabled and the 30 days thereafter. To the extent possible, each Party shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the duration of any force majeure.
